Nutella Ice cream

I've always wanted to make my own ice cream but thought I couldn't since I didn't have an ice cream maker at home. A few weeks back Teesh and Gab introduced me to One Pot Chef on YouTube and I found a video of him making ice cream without an ice cream maker!

Anyway I then decided to search online for some ice cream recipes to make my own and thought I'll share it with you guys.

All you need is 4 main ingredients and 4 simple steps!

2 cups heavy whipping cream
200 grams of condensed milk
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup nutella

If nutella's not for you, just substitute it for the ingredient you want your ice cream to be flavoured!

    1. Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks are formed
    2. In a large bowl, combine condensed milk, butter and nutella
    3. Fold whipped cream into the nutella mixture
    4. Pour mixture into tub and freeze it for 6-8 hours

And there you'll have nutella ice cream! :)

The ice cream for me tasted a little too sweet for my liking, the next time I make it I'll probably reduce the amount of condensed milk.
But if you have a sweet tooth I'm sure you'll enjoy this.
